John Suhr began crafting custom guitars in the mid-1970s, and by the dawn of the 1980s, he was building made-to-order Pensa-Suhr instruments for a who’s who of top musicians. In the 1990s, John collaborated with celebrated rig builder Bob Bradshaw to design the now-legendary CAA 3+ and 3+SE preamps and the CAA OD-100 amplifier. In 1997, after a stint as senior master builder for Fender’s Custom Shop, John founded his own company, a decision that enabled him to bring to fruition products of unrivaled quality, detail, and craftsmanship. Today, the Suhr name is synonymous with prestige; a guitar, bass, or amplifier with the Suhr marque garners instant respect. Mateus Asato has established himself as one of the most melodic and inspirational guitar players in the world today. His collaboration with John Suhr has resulted in the all-new Asatobucker, a vintage-inspired bridge humbucker with superb warmth and touch sensitivity. Alnico IV magnets are used to create the soft and sweet attack that is the quintessential Mateus sound.

Most of the orders placed before 3pm are shipped on the same day
Same day delivery in Chennai if order is placed within 12 pm and next day delivery in Bangalore if order is placed within 4 pm.
Certain items, such as special order or oversized may not qualify for free shipping. ( over sized means above 30kg volumetric )

Our working hours for logistics are 10 am- 6 pm, Monday - Saturday. This means that the order placed on Saturday will be shipped by Monday.

are not completely satisfied with any product, return it for a full refund of the product purchase price, full credit, or exchange of your choice. We give you 2 days from the Delivery date.
Should
you find it necessary to return any merchandise, it must be shipped within this 4-day guarantee period. All returned items must be in the original packaging complete with all components including the warranty card and owner’s manual and show no signs of wear or abuse.Please pack the item properly, as it was delivered to you, so that there is no damage or dents during return shipment process. Otherwise the return will either be refused or subject to a 15% restocking fee.
Refunds
are made for product value only, excluding shipping and handling charges, unless you have received a damaged or defective product. Products received with physical damage must be reported to us within 2 days of the delivery date.
