The NUX DP-2000IN is a premium 8-pad digital percussion instrument specially customized with a rich collection of Indian percussion sounds. It features 8 high-sensitivity velocity-responsive pads that accurately capture playing dynamics, from soft touches to powerful strikes, making it suitable for live performances, studio recording, practice, and Indian musical applications. 

Built around NUX's high-quality acoustic drum sampling technology, the DP-2000IN includes 70 drum kits, including 30 exclusive Indian percussion kits, covering traditional and contemporary Indian sounds alongside acoustic, folk, and electronic percussion. Its velocity-sensitive LED lighting provides visual feedback that responds to the intensity of each strike. 

The DP-2000IN also supports custom WAV sample import via USB, USB audio playback, MIDI In/Out, external kick and hi-hat control, and additional trigger expansion. Six built-in effects—including Delay, Reverb, Overdrive, Tremolo, Compressor, and Master EQ—allow further sound shaping directly from the unit.
