HX Stomp, Expanded
The HX Stomp XL amp and effects processor delivers HX modeling in a performance-ready pedal with eight capacitive-touch footswitches. The same SHARC DSP chip found in Helix enables it to run up to eight processing blocks simultaneously, and the footswitches let you access and control those blocks in powerful ways.
Footswitches 1-6
These capacitive-touch footswitches feature color LED rings that convey footswitch assignments and status at-a-glance.
Main Display
This 2.4” (6cm) color LCD is your window into the power of HX Stomp XL.
Home/View
Press to return to the main Home screen If you ever get lost. Press Home again to toggle between Play view and Edit view.
Upper Knob
In Play view, turn to select a preset. Press to open the Preset List. In Edit view, turn to select a block for editing. Press to bypass/enable the selected block.
Action
Press to open the Action panel for the selected block or menu. From Edit view, the Action panel lets you move, copy, paste, and clear blocks. Press Home and Action together to open the Save menu for renaming and saving changes to a preset.
Page
In Edit view, press to view more parameters for the selected block or menu. Press both < Page and Page > to dive deeper into HX Stomp XL. You'll find Controller Assign, Global Settings, and other menus.
Lower Knob
In Edit view, turn to select the model assigned to the current block. Press to open the Model List.
Knobs 1-3
In Edit view, turn one of the three knobs below the main display to adjust the value of the parameter above it. Press the knob to reset the parameter value. If a rectangular button appears above a knob
Mode
Press Mode to toggle between Stomp and Preset footswitch modes. Hold Mode for one second to engage Pedal Edit mode, which lets you edit effects with your feet.
Tap/Tuner
Press two or more times to tap in the BPM (beats per minute) of any tempo-based effects such as delay or modulation. Press and hold for one second to open the Tuner.
Volume
Turn this knob to control the main output volume and headphone volume. Press to recess into chassis.
EXP 1/2, FS 7/8
An optional expression pedal can be connected here and assigned to control nearly any parameter or combination of parameters. Use a ”Y” cable to connect two expression pedals or two footswitches.
Sends/Returns L/R
These 1/4” inputs and outputs can be used as standard effects loops for inserting pedals and other external devices into your signal chain, or as additional inputs and outputs when using 4-Cable Method
Input L/Mono, Right
Connect mono instruments or pedals to the L/Mono input. Connect stereo pedals, keyboards, synths, or modelers to the L/Mono and Right inputs.
Output L/Mono, Right
Use unbalanced (TS) 1/4” cables to connect to other pedals, your amplifier, or FRFR speaker(s). Use balanced (TRS) 1/4” cables to connect to mixers, studio speakers, or any other device that accepts balanced mono input signals. When using only a single cable of either type, connect it to the Left/Mono 1/4" jack.
Phones Out
Connect stereo headphones here and use the Volume knob to adjust the volume.
MIDI In, Out/Thru
Connect HX Stomp XL to your MIDI gear. HX Stomp XL sends and receives Program Change, Continuous Controller, and other MIDI messages.
USB
HX Stomp XL functions as a multi-channel 24-bit/96kHz audio interface for Mac and PC, with DI, re-amping, and MIDI capabilities built in. HX Stomp XL can also record to an Apple iPad.
DC In
Connect the supplied DC-3 power supply here.
Power Switch
Just in case you ever stop playing for more than a few hours.
Most of the orders placed before 3pm are shipped on the same day
Same day delivery in Chennai if order is placed within 12 pm and next day delivery in Bangalore if order is placed within 4 pm.
Certain items, such as special order or oversized may not qualify for free shipping. ( over sized means above 30kg volumetric )

Our working hours for logistics are 10 am- 6 pm, Monday - Saturday. This means that the order placed on Saturday will be shipped by Monday.

Should
you find it necessary to return any merchandise, it must be shipped within this 4-day guarantee period. All returned items must be in the original packaging complete with all components including the warranty card and owner’s manual and show no signs of wear or abuse.Please pack the item properly, as it was delivered to you, so that there is no damage or dents during return shipment process. Otherwise the return will either be refused or subject to a 15% restocking fee.
Refunds
are made for product value only, excluding shipping and handling charges, unless you have received a damaged or defective product. Products received with physical damage must be reported to us within 2 days of the delivery date.
