This new MARK V mini guitar features a 476 mm short-scale neck, but by stringing it with heavier-gauge strings, it can be tuned to standard tuning(E-A-D-G-B-E) unlike most other mini-guitars in the market. The nut is the same size as a regular guitar, but the 476 mm length is three-quarters the scale of a standard guitar. And yet, because of the clever design and the standard tuning, the MARK V mini guitar  can be played just like a standard guitar with no need to adapt your chord fingering. In fact, because of the shorter scale neck, your fingers can stretch further and play chords not possible on a standard neck-length guitar!The VOX phantom-shape has held a special place in musicians’ hearts since its debut in the 1960s, introduced alongside the classic teardrop shape. Most of the orders placed before 3pm are shipped on the same day

Same day delivery in Chennai if order is placed within 12 pm and next day delivery in Bangalore if order is placed within 4 pm.

Certain items, such as special order or oversized may not qualify for free shipping. ( over sized means above 30kg volumetric )

(NOTE: If you should return your purchase, the cost of shipping will be deducted from your credit or refund.)

Our working hours for logistics are 10 am- 6 pm, Monday - Saturday. This means that the order placed on Saturday will be shipped by Monday.

Shipping & Return

Request all our customers to take an unboxing video of the product received , so if any defects or damages is found we will provide replacement or refund If you
are not  completely satisfied with any product, return it for a full refund of the product purchase price, full credit, or exchange of your choice. We give you 2  days from the Delivery date.

Should
you find it necessary to return any merchandise, it must be shipped within this 4-day guarantee period. All returned items must be in the original packaging complete with all components including the warranty card and owner’s manual and show no signs of wear or abuse.Please pack the item properly, as it was delivered to you, so that there is no damage or dents during return shipment process. Otherwise the return will either be refused or subject to a 15% restocking fee.

Refunds
are made for product value only, excluding shipping and handling charges, unless you have received a damaged or defective product. Products received with physical damage must be reported to us within 2 days of the delivery date.
