About SlapKlatz PRO Refillz
The Refillz are designed with minimal packaging to prevent excess plastic, meant as a refill option for the “PRO” package.
The content of a Refillz pack is the same as in a PRO pack. But it is also the same content as in two SlapKlatz MINI’s, so you can refill both the PRO and the MINI packs with Refillz.
The Selection
One of the most important things when working with your drum sound, is being able to make the right amount of dampening.
Another thing is being able to me distributed dampening (read this guide to get more info on this subject).
With SlapKlatz you get 3 different sizes to choose from. Small, medium and large.
The colors
Some drummers likes to “style” their drum kit – others don’t. In any case, we have the solution to you.
Refillz – Alien Green
Alien Green is the SlapKlatz signature color. It is the first color we introduced, and a color that looks incredible on stage as it lights up when hit by blue-ish stage lighting.
Refillz – Clear
This is the choice for you, who likes to keep it low key. No need to flash your dampeners? Well, clear is the neutral and almost invisible solution for you.
Refillz – Black
As you know, black goes with everything. The same applies for drum dampeners. These have a distinct semi-translucent appearance that looks stylish and cool.
What is in the package?
When you buy the SlapKlatz PRO (2022 onwards) drum dampener package, it contains the following:
- 6x Small (2 cm) SlapKlatz drum dampeners
- 4x Medium (3 cm) SlapKlatz drum dampeners
- 2x Large (4 cm) SlapKlatz drum dampeners
- 12x transparet dividers that can be used as dust protectors
Most of the orders placed before 3pm are shipped on the same day
Same day delivery in Chennai if order is placed within 12 pm and next day delivery in Bangalore if order is placed within 4 pm.
Certain items, such as special order or oversized may not qualify for free shipping. ( over sized means above 30kg volumetric )
(NOTE: If you should return your purchase, the cost of shipping will be deducted from your credit or refund.)
Our working hours for logistics are 10 am- 6 pm, Monday - Saturday. This means that the order placed on Saturday will be shipped by Monday.
We
Request all our customers to take an unboxing video of the product received , so if any defects or damages is found we will provide replacement or refund If you
are not completely satisfied with any product, return it for a full refund of the product purchase price, full credit, or exchange of your choice. We give you 2 days from the Delivery date.
Should
you find it necessary to return any merchandise, it must be shipped within this 4-day guarantee period. All returned items must be in the original packaging complete with all components including the warranty card and owner’s manual and show no signs of wear or abuse.Please pack the item properly, as it was delivered to you, so that there is no damage or dents during return shipment process. Otherwise the return will either be refused or subject to a 15% restocking fee.
Refunds
are made for product value only, excluding shipping and handling charges, unless you have received a damaged or defective product. Products received with physical damage must be reported to us within 2 days of the delivery date.

items must include original packaging along the owner’s manual, warranty card
and should not show any wear or abuse with the product.
